Hi all

Adding that FirebirdSS is to alert these errors and is often stopping
server or to be like zonbie.

1. Server is abnormally shutdown and gurdian restart the server.
2. Server is looking like normal. "firebird status" is reported server
is runnning, but don't connect any client. Then I must kill him using ps
and kill command.

This problem is important cause Using connection pooling, once server is
shutdown abnormally or to be like zonbie, next time client will connect
this server is raising exception on client side.

When server is shutdown and restart by gurdian, client's connection is
corrupt but looking like correctly. So I must solve this problem.
