As for the BLOB Editor, it either gets text or a plain binary
stream with different ways of displaying (text, hex, image
etc). The same as every other tool.
The problem with DBW is, that all queries are ad-hoc and
you cannot "just" enter stuff like the BPB like a developer
would be able to do in his/her application.
