Don't go to Frankfurt, catch the train from the airport. There are trains
directly from Frankfurt airport "Regionalbahnhof" to Fulda,
tickets are 26.60 EUR.

You can see for yourself on http://www.bahn.de, they also
have an english "Connection Search Engine". click the
"English" link in the search box (top left on the start page),
enter "frankfurt airport" and "fulda" plus the date and you're
