I don't remember exactly, but this ought to get you going:

protocol or authentication : pserver (password)
cvsroot : anonymous@...:/cvsroot/firebird
module : firebird2
tag : B1_5_Release (or whatever you want to eat)

When asked for a password, just leave it blank.
