This is something that I would like to see implemented. We distribute an
electronic lookup catalog. The lookup data is updated monthly and deployed
via CD. The customer can also add user info such as pricing, notes, vendor
selections, etc.

All this information is stored in a separate file to keep the updating
process simple. We have to use some creative coding to join this data
together. How great it would be to use a simple union and join SQL
statements that reference different db's to replace all that code...=)
