This is a very basic RTFM issue - just use GSEC or any other admin tool to
change the sysdba password (only the first 8 characters are significant).
Then/also add as many users as you wish - they will also be able to create
new databases and therefore own them, as long as they are given aliases with
valid paths or they know a valid path on the server.
