Do all the Fb 1.0 servers crash in this combination?

At some point the ability to use a remote client and the -SE switch with a
1.0.2 server was broken. This was one of the things fixed for 1.0.3,
although I have a vague recollection that there is still a problem with
using the server manager switch with remote clients connecting to Linux.
