I can register the database to have the connction data stored locally,
but that is not the effect I mentioned. Do recognice the Filname
behind an alias I do:

- goto Database-Properties

- Enger servername, alias, username and password

- click on "Get info"

- the real filename is thown on the "database files" tab.

I'm shure that this is not data entered at the client before, to
doublecheck this I did repeat the same with an fresh alias - it still
does work, but I do not know how.
