The tikiwiki site is running on MySQL, but I'm getting much better
response times with the Firebird version. A site using it will hopefully
be live soon - time permitting.

The main thing here is the flexibility to move between databases so you
can use what you prefer. There are a number of 'brick walls' in the
MySQL to Firebird path, but nothing that can't be handled with care and
a few extra UDF's.
