Where did you get that impression? If there's a document
somewhere stating this, we/the owner should adjust the
document.

That's the problem... it IS a biggie :-) ... So, there are three
options:

1 - write one yourself. spend lots of time, debug it etc. But hey,
it's tailored to your needs.
2 - get a license for the IBPhoenix replicator. Tested, debugged,
quite complete.
3 - get a license for any other replicator. Completeness differs...
