PHP works with FB (free) Use dreamweaver if you want but PHPExpert Editor is
great too $35.
Run it all against linux (free) or IIS (M$)
Javascript runs at the client end.. PHP at the server.
If you want Javascript at both ends you need ASP but the Javascript language
is different (objects)
