Sounds like you may be asking about how to start using firebird to
create your database. If that's so you could download
Ibexpert http://www.hksoftware.net/download/
or marathon. http://sourceforge.net/projects/gmarathon/

These provide a graphical user interface which makes it easier to use
Firebird.
