OK - got me - it's page size which changes the file size - so pagesize of
1024 keeps it small but is this optimal?

the fbk file in the distribution does not have ODONOHUE listed - not sure
where my copy is derived from but it definitely has ODONOHUE replacing
SYSDBA in the HOST_INFO and ROLES records of the privileges system table.
I'm building a new security db from scratch.
