Is there somewhere a link where I can get all the release notes at once.
Are index normally created as ascendingly (ASC) , as you specify this :
"(DESC is optional, of course. If you use it, any foreign keys that refer
to it must be DESC also.."
here extra ?
Does the ASC or DESC matter when all my primary keys are integer only. Or
do they play a more important role when the keys are varchar or other types ?
