As far as I know the index garbage collection bug is in FB until 1.5, so it may be the cause of your corruptions.
If so, you will see such message on 1.0.3 too.
But it may be another reson for error too.

Every time this error occurs we perform backup and restore - it also resets
transaction counters because sweep interval is set to 0.
