Subject RE: [firebird-support] InterBase 7.1 versus FireBird 1.5?

Hi

Thank you for the answer. Now how can users of FireBird make use of alle
these nice new features if they are not documented. :-)

Now I would like to collect some information about the features of the
different versions, but I need a little help as I haven't been following the
improvements to FireBird. I have started by making a *very* small feature
matrix on http://www.smn.dk/FireBird. I hope the page will grow with
information about the functionallity of FireBird versus the Interbase 6.0
documentation. I would appreciate very much if you would send any additions,
corrections, etc to firebird@....

I don't think there is any doc like this but, in short:

IB 7.1 is much like IB 6.0 + monitoring features + SMP support + .Net
support.

FB 1.5 has much more new features, but this release still doesnt have
the monitoring features and SMP support (yet).
