Actually, it is not a debug build at all. It is a release build with debug
symbols in pdb files. It is intended to aid debugging remote server
crashes. If the server crashes the Dr Watson report can be analysed.

Yes, I think so. Although I'm not 100% sure on this. On the one hand,
there are no instructions (yet) explaining how to make use of it. And it
is of no use unless an application is causing the server to crash. And it
may well be that we don't have the resources to cope with many users
sending in crash reports.

On the other hand if crashes were accompanied by useful data it would
certainly help identify their causes and develop fixes more quickly.

But until we are sure that we have the resources to use the reports I do
think we should keep this hidden and point users to it on a case by case
basis.
