Incorrect question. Both are fine, answer lays in sphere of
personal taste. The shortest road is one which you already know :)
AFAIU if you have experience with BDE, first steps will be more simply
with IBObjects, if with IBX - with FIBPlus. When you'll get experience
with any of this tools, you'll like your choice.
