Shipment charges will be applied when the book is available. At the moment I
don't
know how much it weighs and how much it is going to cost to ship it via
First Class
Air Mail from the UK to Germany, or anywhere else for that matter.
I suspect that Amazon will do exactly what we will do, apply shipping costs
once
they know how much it will actually cost to ship it.
