I don't think its a question of can't be bothered, more one of timing and
logistics.

<<Though a "couple of weeks" after Fulda is called June, not May, and if
the book is published in June, I might as well let Aage read it while
I am having a great holiday and then read it myself when he finishes
it. ;<)>>

The date for publication is currently May 24th, so it misses Fulda by
a few days.
