You might want to give the Firebird ODBC driver a shot. You can read
about it at www.ibphoenix.com. You download the latest snapshot at:
http://praktik.km.ua/
I have used it with Crystal Reports 7 and it works fine for me. Their
is a newsgroup at new.atkin.com (sourceforge.firebird-odbc-devel)
that you can provide feedback on your testing. If you do find
problems, be sure to include the ODBC tracelog in your report.
Vladimir Tsvigun is doing an outstanding job of tweaking the driver
on a very regular basis (weekly).
