Hello,

Just up graded to "Firebird-1.5.0.4201_RC8-Win32.exe" and
when I use "EMS Interbase/Firebird Manager" to restore a
database on my local computer I get the following message

"Sorry, but Service Manager is unavailable on server [Local Server]."

Previous RC6 did not have this problem. Is this a bug,
or am I doing something wrong?
