Well,... Don't know if it is IBO. We are having the same type
problem and we are using RC1.5 and IBX.

What happens is that one user may enter data, s/he can see the data,
the computer hangs (don't know why, FB, code?). The user Ctrl+Alt+Del
from our application then goes back in. The data entered (sometimes
a large purchase plan or hours of work) is not there <?>. This
problem does not affect other users who can keep working and not lose
data. The user must do a soft reset of the computer to go back in
and continue to work. It happens at random and at various sites with
different data but the database is FB in all.

Using EUREKALOG and other ways of tracing why with no joy.
Transactions are kept to a minimum and of short duration. PCs using
Win98, W2K and XP. Does not seem to matter which. They all do it.

We can repeat the problem but cannot reproduce.

We are at a loss and the customers are getting angry.

Any ideas?
