own objects. And then they own them and have to continue managing them. If
they grant the grant option back the the "master owner" of the database,
then this "master owner" can also manage them I think.
I also think this is why SYSDBA was given all power at all times. But the
"master owner" will always be the only person other than SYSDBA to be able
to restore the database.
