If you thrash memory -- and both server and app use one memory space --
in theory
you can make both code to behave not very nicely.
Ann, in another message, said that embedded server code has a lot
sanity checks
so database corruption is not so big a danger, because the sever will
hang all writes
when it detects that something is wrong..
