With embedded, yes, IT IS THE TRUTH! If the server thrash the memory
it could thrash inclusive the embedded server memory and this could
lead
to db corruption.

It's not guilt of Firebird, it's the consequence of the use of a dll.
If it's not
a db server but a mp3 encoder the net result will be the same:
encoder's
memory thrashed and possibly a corrupted mp3 file.
