I want only test in this script if the user is sysdba for disconnect if
true, I want only accept my defined user that have granted right on
my database ! except SYSDBA
after is simple, the security database is protected with password, I can
modify the sysdba password for protect security database, it's ok
for my database, I wont only used cryped username and password with grant
right on my database, so it's a more seriously protection, I think
