Hello,
SB> Will a decimal(9,2) maintain the trailing zeros on say, a monetary value?
Will a broadcast transmission continue when you turn off your TV set? ;-)

Not significant decimals are a matter of presentation, not storage, so
you can display them as you wish. Firebird itself will store the
number as a number.
