Why?
I disagree.

I assume, it would be a lot of work and would require a lot of changes, but
I believe there is nothing that Windows provides, which ****x does not
provide (or vice versa). Though I agree, some things might be a little
harder.

Can you explain, why you think embedded would not be implementable for ***x
?
