Thanks Olivier and Helen:

I can e-mail anybody, and I can receive email from
anybody. But when I tried to submit a question
through the email address on the IBPP discussion page
the message bounced with an error.

The moderator of this forum correctly indicated
that a description of my problem posting to IBPP
discuss is off topic, and snipped it. But if you
can give me an email address that I can send to,
perhaps we can resolve my problem. And I won't bring
off topic IBPP posts to this Firebird forum.
