Firebird runs well on all of the mainstream Linuxen - and others less
well-known - you may read the release notes and the Novice's Guide at the
website for guidance and gotchas regarding kernel incompatibilities. You
can get the main v.1.5 releasenotes in several languages, including yours,
at the main downloads page for Firebird 1.5, at www.ibphoenix.com.
