Hello,
we are using IBO 3.6 components to connect with interbase 6.0
, we are using Delphi 5.
an application that is done in Delphi using embedded 1.5 server. the
exe was working fine in win 98. but when we tried to run exe in win
2000 before connecting to the database it shows the error 'is not a
valid integer' and then system hangs.
to use emdedded server we included the following files in the
application directory-
fbembed.dll renamed as gds32.dll
myapp.exe
firebird.conf
firebird.msg
in \UDF directory -
freeUDFLIB.dll
in \DB directory-
mydatabase.gdb
in \intl directory -
fbintl.dll
