If you can reach it with localhost, then you must be at the console of the
server, yes?
So are you at the console when you use the IP or the PC name?
You say domain name - do you mean PC name?

So - do you have a DNS on your network? if not, do you have fixed IP
addresses?
IF fixed IPs have you placed the IPs and PC names in the hosts file of all
PCs concerned?
Can you ping one PC from another?
