Thanks Helen and Alan, it is working now. BUT with a little 'fix': after
setting folder's access rights, it still failed with 'io error: file not
found'. It worked after changing '\' in the connection string to '/'. Is
this as expected in Win2003? If not, can somebody else confirm this
behaviour?
