OK - I had suspicions you had tightened things up like this - I'm quite sure
it's ACL as the cause. I bet if you change it so that system is running the
guardian and the server, all will work OK. If so then it's impossible for it
to be anything other than ACL.
You'll jus have to keep adding permissions til you find it.
