Subject Re: Index creating problem

I'm trying to do this:
"CREATE UNIQUE DESCENDING INDEX IDX_ULTIMA_MISCARE ON
PREZENTARE(ID_ULTIMA_MISCARE)"
and I'm getting the following ISC Error Code: "335544351"
with the following ISC Error Message:
"Unsuccessful metadata update. Too many keys defined for index
IDX_ULTIMA_MISCARE".
