This really doesn't have much to do with Firebird, and a lot more to do with
Apache...
Nevertheless, executable CGI applications have to be run from special
directories - you'll notice a cgi-bin directory somewhere near the data
directory...it needs to live in there.
All the docs needed to fix this are included with your apache install - have
a browse through there.
