I use Martijn's Database Workbench, it is also a great product;

I also found a program called IBO Console which is basically the same as
IB Console but written for all things. Cannot find it anymore but I have
a copy of it if anyone wants it, I am pretty sure it was an opensource
product which is free (it does the basics as does IB Console).
