No, Firebird does not run on Novell. Appropriate code was not active
for a long time (I remember running IB 3.12 on Novell NetWare 4, after
that was IB 4.x, IB 5.x, IB 6.x and only then came FB 1.x) and the
code was removed in Firebird (if I remember correctly, together with
code for Windows 3.x support).
