ISQL works and is maintained by the developers that work on
the Firebird core.

There are several 3rd party tools (shareware/commercial) that
do a very good job with Firebird.

There are plenty of 3rd party yools (freeware) that do their job
good enough. Check www.ibphoenix.com section "Contributed
downloads".
