Although I ought to clarify that we use all sorts of tools. Databases can
become extremely complex and software like Database Workbench is great
for getting an overview of an unfamiliar database.

However, I use ISQL scripts all the time when it comes to actually
designing and creating databases. I don't trust this gui stuff at all,
simply because there wasn't a decent gui tool around when I started. And
now it is too late to change.
