The requirements from embedded will be the same for SS (plus what your
application needs). Well, this will not help you much, but AFAIK there is no
info available regarding minimum system required for Firebird.

For a SS Server, I will say that a Pentium Class machine with 32Mb RAM it
will be the minimum. Hard disk space for embedded it's easy to identify
(about 2.3Mb) plus the needs for your data and temporary files.
