Yes!

FreeReport is great! It is the free version of FastReport.I've tried so
many engines but FastReport is THE reporting tool for me! FreeReport is
same as FR with reduced capability. And there is FastReport CLX wich
provides the cross-platform development. It has data access components
for many db-engines and can store the data access layer in the report
file, so there is no need to recompile your project when a report changes.
