With FB 1.0x and FB 1.5 you might want to use
SERVICE_INTERACTIVE_PROCESS if you need to make use of the 'LOCAL'
protocol. If you use only the tcp/ip connection method, then
SERVICE_INTERACTIVE_PROCESS can be left off.

With releases > FB 1.5, that flag won't be usefull anymore, even for the
'local' protocol which will be replaced by a new one not requiring
"interactive process" to be set.
