The answer depends on what you are trying to do.

Your own Web Server or an ISP one?
Not many ISP support Firebird
( do we have a list anywhere? )
but running on your own server is simple.

What do you want to 'publish'?
A starting point may be ibWebAdmin, which requires Apache
and PHP and is supported on the firebird-php list.

BUT there are other ways of doing it, I just happen to have
