a stock code (or an account code) that means something to them. I couldn't
care less about what it means to the user. :-) So I would have a PK defined
as integer in the stock table, that is not visible to the user, and that
would be the FK. Definitely not the stock code, ESPECIALLY if the stock
code is defined by the user.
