Just had the same problem on a site last week. 'IT' were too
busy to come over and log me in as a local administrator,
but they set up my customer with administrator rights on
their network, and the install worked like a charm! ( I also
tidied up things so that there would not be a problem when
administrator rights were removed - but that just relates to
getting my app on the 'All User' desktop, and creating a
'cron' job to backup at 6.30 every night ;) )
