I haven't yet had time to test against Win2003, but there is a general issue
with Fb 1.0 and all of MS's later O/Ss. They seem to think that the .gdb
filetype is a system file that must be protected. This means that every time
a .gdb is opened it is copied. The solution is to rename your database files
to use a different extension - .fdb perhaps. You'll still get a small hit on
opening the security database - isc4.gdb - but presumably if you have the
resources to run Win2003 you are unlikely to notice this.
