You either have to resort to a 3rd party tool, or create a pump
yourself. You can then schedule it via the Windows scheduler
service (or whatever OS you're using).

For example, Database Workbench ( www.upscene.com ) includes
a command-line datapump tool, with which you can use a previously
saved datapump-project (that includes table mappings etc) that can
be easily scheduled via the Windows task scheduler.
