Morning Jorg,

with the server running, try to rename the dll(s) that are giving you
problems, then reboot. This *should* stop them being loaded (by whatever)
and allow you to delete them prior to a new installation.

Make sure that you don't have anything running as services that the
uninstall didn't take out - IB Guardian/ IB Server perhaps ?
